DJ ZONE HOUSE RADIO ("we", "our", "us") operates the website https://djzone.mobi, the progressive web app (PWA), and the 24/7 audio streaming service DJ ZONE House Radio. This Privacy Policy explains what data we process, why we process it, and your rights under the GDPR and applicable Bulgarian law.

  • Audio stream and metadata: Track title and artist from the Icecast/Shoutcast stream (now-playing), number of active listeners — displayed in the player and chat.
  • Chat: Nickname, message text, time posted; IP address is stored only as a cryptographic hash to limit abuse. Messages are retained for up to 7 days, then deleted automatically.
  • Stored locally in your browser: Chat nickname (localStorage), player volume (localStorage), cookie preference (cookie/localStorage) — not sent to our server automatically.
  • Cookies: Language/session and cookie consent; when Google AdSense is enabled — Google advertising and measurement cookies (see our Cookie Policy).
  • PWA: When you install the app on your device, static files are cached via a service worker for faster loading.

4. Legal Basis (GDPR)

  • Performance of the service / legitimate interest: live stream, chat, metadata, security, and abuse prevention.
  • Consent: non-essential cookies and personalized ads via Google AdSense (only after explicit consent in the cookie banner).

5. How We Use Information

  • Delivering and improving the 24/7 house radio stream and web player.
  • Displaying now-playing metadata and live listener count.
  • Moderating the public chat and protecting against spam (rate limiting).

If you are in the EU/EEA or the United Kingdom, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object, and data portability (where applicable), as well as the right to withdraw consent at any time.
